About

Here are three simple questions that can help a person quickly identify how you are feeling in any situation: How intense is the emotion I'm experiencing right now? Scale: 0 (Neutral) - 10 (Intense) This question helps gauge the intensity of the emotion, allowing you to understand the magnitude of your feelings in the moment. What specific emotion(s) do I feel right now? Scale: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Surprise, Disgust By identifying the specific emotion(s) you are feeling, you can gain clarity on their emotional state and better understand your reactions or originations. What triggered this emotion for me? Scale: Internal (originating from within) or External (reacting to outside stimuli) Understanding whether the emotion originated internally or was triggered by an external factor can provide insight into the root cause of the feeling and empower you to address it effectively. By asking these three questions you can quickly assess your emotional state, identify the specific emotions you are experiencing, and understand whether the feelings originated from within themselves or were triggered by external factors.
